Step One: From the Navigation Pane, navigate to and click “Assessments”

Step Two: From the Assessments dashboard, navigate to and click on “Create New Assessment”

Step Three: Within the “Create a New Assessment” dialogue box, populate the assessment Information

Step Four: Click “OK”

Step Five: Within the “Assessment Overview” dialogue box, click “Open Assessment”
